Every residential clean is completed by a team of two cleaners, working together to get more done, more efficiently, within your booked time. Rather than following a fixed checklist, we work to your priorities — whether that's a deep focus on the oven and kitchen finished off with a quick dust and vacuum, or dedicated attention to bathrooms throughout the home. We're able to clean exactly what matters most to you, as long as it fits within your booked time.*

As a guide, we generally recommend 1.5 hours for a 1–2 bedroom home, and 2 hours or more for a 3+ bedroom home — though this varies depending on your home's size and condition.
If we arrive and it's clear the job will need more time than booked, we'll always discuss this with you on-site first. Any extra time is simply added to your final invoice — no surprises.
We'd prefer to work from a checklist supplied by your property manager or real estate agent, so we can clean to their exact expectations. If that's not possible, we're happy to work from our own checklist based on the QLD RTA standard instead. Every bond clean starts with a complimentary walk-through, so we can see how well-maintained the property is and give you an accurate idea of the time required to clean it properly.*
*We're responsible for the cleaning component of your bond return only — any maintenance or repairs required are outside the scope of what we provide.
